CTMS was founded in 1991 as a drug and alcohol testing collection service.  Bea Blair, who is a Licensed Practical Nurse, is owner and an intricate part of the daily operations of our company.  Bea has been in the medical related business field since 1980.  She is responsible for training all employees to maintain our high standards in collection procedures.  Our staff is trained by Department of Transportation guidelines and our BAT-EBT breath alcohol personnel are certified.  We have established good working relationships with many nationwide laboratories and medical review officers throughout the country.  We are listed a s a collection facility in the National Association of Collection Sites and we are a State of Oregon Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.
